The fundraising chair plans and executes all the fundraising events throughout the year. Responsibilities include working with the fundraising committee leads and the officers to coordinate and execute events.  This role oversees the following committees: 

• Sponsorships: seeks sponsors for Yearbook and Field Day, coordinates with both committees.
• Birthday Committee: gets monthly birthday list, makes birthday bags and delivers to Mr. Sisk for delivery to students.  Works with Hospitality Committee to plan and distribute teacher and staff birthday gifts throughout the year.
• Spirit Nights: coordinates with the school, plans and executes and restaurant fundraiser. 
• Bookfair: coordinates with school, plans and executes a week-long bookfair. 
• 5^th Grade Fundraising Committee: coordinates the purchase and distribution of ice cream; liaison with PTO board to finalize field trip and special 5^th grade expenses, and signage for graduation.
• Used Uniform Sale Committee: Plans and executes the sale of used uniforms during the summer and throughout the year if needed. 
• Dress Down Pass Committee: coordinates and keeps track of annual dress down pass list, creates lists for the teachers, plans and executes monthly dress down days
• Field Day Committee: works with Sponsorship Committee to get cost of Field Day shirts covered, designs shirts or runs art contest for the design, orders and distributes field day shirts.

Special Events Coordinator:

The Special Events Coordinator shall plan and coordinate special events throughout the year such as, Back-to-school Popsicle Parties and Boo Hoo Breakfast. They will coordinate with school admin to assist in hosting Veterans Day, Open House and Graduation.  This role oversees the following committees:

• Fall Festival Committee: coordinates and executes this event
• Multicultural Night Committee: coordinates and executes this event
• Because WE Care Drive Committee: coordinates and executes Thanksgiving Food Drive and December Toy Drive.
• Graduation Committee: coordinates with school admin to plan and execute plan for graduation, sets up décor and refreshments. 
• Back-To-School Popsicle Party Committee: plans and executes this event
• Boo Hoo Breakfast Committee: coordinates and executes this event
• Veterans Day Committee: coordinates with school admin to help host this event
• Open House Committee: coordinates with school admin to help host this event
• Decorating Committee: Decorates the school for events, and coordinates with other committees.
